• Additional regions of Georgia upon request (please confirm delivery availability before placing an order).

• Tbilisi: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• Other Regions: Delivery times depend on the distance and are discussed individually.

Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

• Tbilisi: 5 GEL within the city of Tbilisi. Free for orders over 150 GEL .
• Other Regions: Shipping costs are calculated based on the region and order volume.

All additional delivery fees will be indicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate and accessible for the courier.
• If delivery is unsuccessful (due to an incorrect address or client unavailability), we will contact you to clarify details. If we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled.
